The success of KTDA Foundation is underpinned by a strong and well-defined leadership structure that ensures strategic oversight, operational excellence, and measurable impact.
The Foundation is led by the General Manager, who provides overall strategic direction and institutional leadership. Supporting this role is the Programme Manager, who oversees programme implementation and leads the Foundation’s social enterprise arm — Majani Agriwealth Limited — a wholly owned initiative established to deliver sustainable, impact-driven and commercially viable solutions for tea-growing communities.
Under Majani Agriwealth Limited, a specialized technical team supports implementation and performance optimization. This includes an Agronomist, who provides sector-specific expertise, and a Data Tracking and Analytics Officer, who strengthens evidence-based decision-making through data systems, performance monitoring, and impact analysis.
At the Foundation level, financial stewardship is overseen by the Finance Manager, ensuring accountability, compliance, and prudent resource management.
Programme Pillar Coordinators provide leadership across the Foundation’s four strategic pillars — Health, Education, Economic Empowerment, and Environmental Conservation and Sustainability — ensuring that initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives and community needs.
Implementation at the field level is driven by Project Assistants and Foundation Assistants, while the Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant reinforces accountability through systematic tracking, reporting, and learning.
Through this integrated leadership and operational model, KTDA Foundation and Majani Agriwealth Limited work collaboratively to deliver scalable, sustainable, and transformative impact across tea-growing communities.
