KTDA Foundation’s Theory of Change is grounded in the belief that smallholder tea farmers thrive when they have diversified income sources, access to inclusive financial services, climate-resilient practices, and strong market linkages.

By integrating social enterprise, economic diversification, financial empowerment, environmental stewardship, youth and women inclusion, and institutional strengthening, the Foundation aims to reduce the living income gap and build resilient, inclusive rural economies across tea-growing regions.
