Last Mile Entrepreneurs Training

KTDA Foundation as an implementing partner under the GCF/Endev project titled ‘Promotion of climate-friendly cooking in Kenya and Senegal’ in collaboration with Strathmore Business School from 6th- 10th June 2022 has been conducting the Last Mile Entrepreneurs Workshop at Sunshine Hotel Kericho.
The 5-day residential training workshop aimed to build the Capacity of Last Mile Entrepreneurs to accelerate the growth of ICS markets in tea-growing communities. 33 Last Mile Entrepreneurs have been trained across the tea-growing areas.
The project aims to contribute toward developing the Improved Cook Stoves (ICS) value chain in the tea-growing zones by focusing its efforts on developing/enhancing last-mile distribution of ICS solutions, supporting access to finance efforts by the project enhancing consumer awareness in the focal areas.
