Asis FC and Mau FC are the winners of this year’s KTDA Mau Ranges Tournament (senior and junior categories respectively) whose finals were held at Kiptagich on Sunday 5th June 2022 with a total number of 16 teams participating.
The tournament was preceded by a tree planting exercise led by KTDA Foundation in partnership with Mau football Club, Olenguruone Tea Factory and Rainforest Alliance in commemoration of World Environment Day.
The main objective of the tournament is to conserve the treasured Mau Forest water belt and wildlife by planting 23,000 trees and nurturing young talents through sports.
