Ndarwetta Springs Water Project Handover

The Foundation on 5th March 2021 handed over the Ndarwetta Springs Water project in Kapkoros Catchment area, Bomet County to the local community after its rehabilitation. The project was executed in partnership with the Ethical Tea Partnership (ETP), Taylors of Harrogate (ToH) and Kapkoros Tea Factory.
The local youth group has also benefited from a car wash bay which will enable them to earn some income by running the car wash while maintaining the water project. Present during the handover were representatives from the local community led by the Assistant Chief, Eric Lang’at – Chairman of the Kapkoros Group of factories, Jane Nyambura – Project Manager ETP and Sudi Matara – Head of KTDA Foundation.
