Environmental Conservation Competition

Field Service Coordinator Ikumbi Tea Factory, Steven Mburugu (right), having a light moment with some of the participants from Irigu-ini Primary School, who took part in KTDA Foundation’s environment conservation competition. The competition involves adopting and taking care of 200 trees planted in July, 2018 among other categories. This initiative aims at instilling a sense of responsibility for environment and personal commitment to protect and preserve the environment by the young people. The event was organized by KTDA Foundation, Taylors of Harrogate and Ikumbi Tea Factory.
