Education remains one of the most powerful tools for transforming lives and driving long-term socio-economic progress. At KTDA Foundation, our commitment to education goes beyond support — it is a deliberate investment in the future of learners from tea-growing communities.
The KCSE 2025 results for beneficiaries of the KTDA National Tea Scholarship Programme are a strong reflection of this commitment. Out of 68 supported students, 62 successfully transitioned to university, representing an impressive 91% transition rate 📊.
These outcomes speak not only to academic excellence ✨, but also to the strength of our holistic approach under the Education Pillar — one that combines financial support, mentorship, and an enabling learning environment. By addressing both academic and social needs, we ensure our scholars are well-prepared for success beyond secondary school.
Each university transition represents more than an academic milestone. It is a life changed, a family uplifted, and a step toward stronger, more resilient communities 🌍. From tea-growing regions to university campuses, these students carry with them the promise of leadership, service, and positive change.
As KTDA Foundation, we remain steadfast in our mission to expand access to quality education 📚, nurture future professionals 🎯, and contribute to sustainable development within our communities — one learner at a time.
